This cultural festival held annually in Cuero, Texas is one of the most captivating experiences in Texas. I have photographed this festival twice in my life, 20 years apart, and each time it has been an absolute blast. The colorful, joyous people, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe is off the charts. I hope these photos capture at least some of that feel.
