Rain could not stop the celebration in downtown Bryan on this annual celebration honoring Mexican cultural heritage. The people were so happy and kind. At one point in the middle of a downpour early on, I found myself huddled in a tent with many kind strangers, all of us just listening to the music that continued despite the inclement weather. Wonderful experience, wonderful people.
