What an amazing weekend. Got back home Saturday late from La Grange. Jessica and I attended the the Fayette County Fair (pictures coming soon), and immediately rolled into a day-long music festival in Bryan.
Bryan. A music festival in BRYAN, TEXAS? WTF? Not to mention, Infected Mushroom was one of the headlining bands. I want to know in what universe is Infected Mushroom coming anywhere close to Bryan, Texas. This universe, apparently. The show was maybe one of my top 5 favorites of all time, and that’s saying a lot considering I’ve seen so many great acts. I was lucky enough to spend time with Jessica, some local friends and their daughter, and meet some new people along the way. After this weekend, I can say that I’m feeling a bit better about where I live. I’ve been struggling being here, not sure what I’m doing. Photography, friends, and music keep bringing me joy, reminding me I’m a human.
