I never thought I’d find myself among a throng of offbeat cool kids out in Cuero, TX. Here, in the lobby of a very old yet very quaint flower parlor in downtown, I witnessed a throbbing art scene, unrivaled even in my hometown of Victoria. A group of spirited young musicians, actors and friends gathered for a costume race through the heart of downtown, followed by copious amounts of music and revelry. Here are the photos.
